I've thought about this for a long time and have finally decided it is now time, unfortunately, to start making my lovely clients pay a non-refundable retainer. I have had a few folks back out at the last minute and that's just no good for anyone!
All photo shoots booked after October 1st will require a $50 retainer fee to hold your time and date. This will be put towards the final cost of your session. I understand things happen, kids, life and craziness, so if for any reason you have to cancel your session you may book a session without putting a separate retainer down for up to one year from the session date.
Upon booking your session, I will send you a pdf contract to sign and send back to me along with your retainer. The retainer fee can be paid in cash, check or via PayPal.
As always, I am incredibly thankful to have such an awesome group of clients, you are all fantastic! Thank you for letting me be creative, and point my cameras in your direction, really my kids are the ones who are happy to have my lens off them for a while!
